You were hired to clean out his dusty office, boxing up decades of books and research papers. That's when you found it—a peculiar journal hidden among forgotten manuscripts. You dusted it off and opened to the final entry: "It has been one week since my dear friend and colleague Professor Milligan left on an expedition to the newly discovered Egyptian pyramid. His research assistant returned three days ago without him, pale as a ghost. He said he was instructed to watch the equipment outside the pyramid. But after about an hour, he heard terrifying screams echoing from within… and then silence. I must find out what happened to Dr. Milligan."

The journal offered no answers. Only more questions.

 

Now, you and your team of adventurers stand at the entrance of an ancient, uncharted pyramid. The air is thick with dust and mystery. The floor beneath you is covered in sand—untouched for centuries. Somewhere inside, two professors vanished without a trace.

The puzzles are linear, leading you deeper into the pyramid's chambers with each solved mystery. A smart kiosk in the first room offers up to 3 hints, each escalating from a subtle clue to the direct answer.

But be warned: this is no ordinary tomb. With a daunting 5% success rate, Unforeseeable Pyramid is our most difficult challenge yet. Only the most perceptive, persistent, and brilliant teams will unlock its secrets.

Q: How long does the game last?
A: You have exactly 60 minutes to navigate the pyramid, solve the mystery, and escape before time runs out.

Q: How difficult is Unforeseeable Pyramid?
A: This is an extremely hard difficulty room with a success rate of only 5%. It is designed for experienced escape room players who crave the ultimate challenge.

Q: Is the room scary?
A: Not at all. While the atmosphere is mysterious and tense, there are no scary items, jump scares, or horror elements. It is purely a mystery and puzzle-solving adventure.

Q: Is the session private?
A: Yes. Your group will never be paired with strangers. The expedition is yours alone.

Q: What is the minimum age?
A: Players must be at least 12 years old. For groups consisting entirely of children, we strongly recommend at least one adult to accompany them.

Q: Can children under 12 play?
A: Due to the extreme difficulty and complex puzzles, we do not recommend this room for children under 12.

Q: Is the room well-lit?
A: The pyramid is a low-lit environment to create an authentic ancient tomb atmosphere. However, you will have enough light to see and solve puzzles.

Q: Is the floor really covered in sand?
A: Yes. The room floor is covered in sand to enhance the immersion. Please wear appropriate footwear.

Q: Is the room multi-room?
A: Yes. Unforeseeable Pyramid features a multi-room configuration. You will progress through different chambers of the pyramid as you solve puzzles.

Q: What is a "linear" puzzle configuration?
A: Linear means puzzles must be solved in a specific sequence. Each solved puzzle reveals the next challenge, guiding you deeper into the pyramid.

Q: Why is the success rate only 5%?
A: This is our most challenging room. The puzzles are complex, the clues are subtle, and the thinking required is advanced. Only the most brilliant and persistent teams escape.

Q: I'm a beginner. Should I play this room?
A: We strongly recommend starting with our easier rooms first. Unforeseeable Pyramid is designed for experienced players who have completed multiple escape rooms.

Q: Can we still have fun if we don't escape?
A: Absolutely. Many players enjoy the challenge even in defeat. You will receive detailed feedback on your performance and can always try again!

Q: How do we get hints?
A: A smart kiosk in the first room provides hints. You may request up to 3 hints, with each hint offering progressively more help—from a subtle idea to the direct answer.

Q: What if we still can't solve a puzzle?
A: Your Game Master monitors your progress remotely. If you fall behind schedule, they will guide you through the telecom system. In some cases, they may enter the room to assist you personally.

Q: Does the Game Master stay in the room with us?
A: No. The Game Master monitors via cameras and communicates through the telecom system to preserve the immersive experience.

Safety & Rules

Q: Is the door locked?
A: No. For your safety and in case of emergency, the door is never locked. You may leave at any time.

Q: Are there any physical demands?
A: No climbing is required. The room is designed for standard mobility. However, the sandy floor may require careful footing.

Q: What happens if we do something dangerous?
A: Game Masters monitor every session. If they see dangerous behavior that could harm you or damage the room, they will speak to you immediately via the telecom system.

Q: Can we bring food, drinks, or our phones?
A: No. Food, drinks, and cell phones are not permitted inside the escape room. Secure storage is available for your belongings.

Q: Can we take photos or videos?
A: No. Video recording and photography are prohibited inside the escape room to preserve the mystery for future explorers.

Game Master Interaction

Q: Will the Game Master interrupt us?
A: Only if necessary. The Game Master will step in if:

• You are falling behind the scheduled time frame

• You engage in dangerous actions

• You request assistance

Q: How does the Game Master communicate with us?
A: All communication is done through the telecom system (speakers in the room). The Game Master will not enter the room unless absolutely necessary.

Q: Do we get feedback after the game?
A: Yes! The smart kiosk records your progress through every step of the pyramid. At the end, you will receive:

A: Absolutely. Statistical information comparing your performance to all other groups who have played Unforeseeable Pyramid is available upon request.

Q: Do we get a keepsake?
A: Digital certificates of completion (or honorable defeat) are available upon request. Photography is not permitted inside the pyramid.
