Q: Can I book a game over the phone?
A: Yes, we are happy to assist you by phone. However, all online bookings are available up to 30 minutes before your scheduled game time. If you need help with booking or want to check last-minute availability, please call us at 647-800-7622.
Q: How do I make a booking?
A: You can book directly on our website at www.freeingcanadastation.ca/booking. Select the theme you want to play, click the "Book" button, choose your number of participants, date, and time, You will be asked to provide some basic information to create a booking account. Then click "Confirm Booking". After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact us to confirm your booking.
Q: Can I cancel or change my booking after reserving?
A: Yes, you may make changes using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Please note that we cannot accommodate changes into a time slot or game that is already fully booked.
Q: Do I have to pay online before I arrive?
A: No. Freeing Canada Station does not require online payment. After you receive your confirmation email, you will pay in person at the store when you arrive for your game.
Pricing & Payments
Q: How much does a game cost?
A: The rate is $31 per person plus applicable tax for groups of 3 or more players. For groups of exactly 2 players, the rate is $35 per person plus tax.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. The price you see is the price you pay plus applicable tax. There are no hidden booking fees, service charges, or surprise add-ons.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and debit cards. No American Express is accepted. Payment is made in person upon arrival.
Arrival & Preparation
Q: When should I arrive for my booking?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This allows time to sign waivers, make payment, store belongings, and receive instructions. Arriving on time ensures we can start your game promptly. If you are late, your playing time will be reduced to avoid delaying subsequent bookings.
Q: Where is the main entrance? I parked in the lot but cannot find the door.
A: Our store is located on the left side of T&T Supermarket when you are facing the store. The main entrance is on the corner facing the street. Give us a call at 647 800 7622 if you have difficulty finding the main entrance.
Q: Is there free parking available?
A: Yes, free parking is available in the shared parking lot. Please do not park in spots reserved for T&T express customers.
Game Experience
Q: How long does each game last?
A: Each escape room experience lasts 60 minutes. Please allow approximately 75–90 minutes total for check-in, waivers, instructions, the game, and a brief post-game photo opportunity.
Q: How many players can participate in each room?
A: Each room accommodates 2 to 12 players for the optimal experience. Smaller or larger groups may be accommodated with adjusted difficulty. Contact us for groups larger than 12.
Q: Is the escape room suitable for children?
A: Yes, escape rooms are great for families. Children under 8 with no escape room experience must be accompanied by a paying adult. Some rooms have horror themes that may not be suitable for young children – please check each room's description or contact us for recommendations.
Q: Do I need any special skills or physical strength to play?
A: No special skills or physical strength are required. Escape rooms challenge your observation, logic, teamwork, and creativity. Players do not need to climb, lift heavy objects, or perform physically demanding tasks.
Q: Are the doors locked? Can I leave if I feel uncomfortable?
A: Exit doors are never locked. You may leave the room at any time for any reason without penalty. If you need assistance, a staff member can be called into the room immediately.
Waivers & Safety
Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?
A: Yes, every participant must sign a waiver before playing. Players under 12 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can sign waivers on paper upon arrival.
Q: Is the facility accessible for people with mobility challenges?
A: We strive to accommodate all guests to the best of our ability. However, please note that customers must climb stairs to access the escape rooms, and our facility is not wheelchair accessible. Some rooms may have additional limitations. If you have specific mobility concerns, please contact us in advance so we can discuss which rooms may be most suitable for your group and what accommodations we can offer.
Privacy & Policies
Q: Do you have a privacy policy?
A: Yes. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and communicate with you about your reservation. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy on our website.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We trust our customers and do not charge cancellation fees for no-shows. However, to support our business and allow other customers to book their favorite game and time slot, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice.

Q: Do you offer group rates for schools, corporate events, or birthday parties?
A: Yes. We offer special pricing and packages for school field trips, corporate team building, large birthday parties, and other group events. Please contact us directly at 647 800 7622 or submit an inquiry through https://www.freeingcanadastation.ca/contact for a custom quote.
Q: Can I rent the lounge area for a private event?
A: Yes. Our spacious lounge accommodates up to 50 guests and includes comfortable seating, a TV, sound system, lighting and complimentary board games. Catering options are available upon request. Contact us to check availability and pricing.
Q: What is the minimum age to play without an adult?
A: Players aged 8 and older may play without an adult, provided all waivers are signed by a parent or guardian. Players under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult in the room.

Q: I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
A: First, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, please contact us by phone at 647-800-7622 or email us through our website. We will confirm your booking and resend the confirmation.
Q: Can I book for the same day?
A: Yes, online bookings are available up to 30 minutes before the scheduled game time, subject to availability. Walk-in customers are welcome on weekends. For last-minute bookings or to check availability, please give us a call at 647 800 7622.
Q: What happens if my group arrives late?
A: We want all our customers to enjoy the escape room experience, even if they arrive late. If there is no booking immediately after your scheduled time slot, we will do our best to accommodate you with a delayed start. However, if another group is booked after your time, your game may be shortened to avoid delaying them.
